## What the client does

1. Tell us who you are, once: a short chat, plus a brand book and example posts.
2. Open the doors, once (1.5 to 2 hours): add Ripplecast as a partner on each network and install tracking. The client keeps every password.
3. Say yes, every week: one page shows every post, video and ad campaign; nothing goes out without approval.

## How a week works (10 steps)

- 01 Learn (Ripplecast): We read last week’s results and write the lessons into your rulebook before planning.
- 02 Drop material (You): Send videos, photos, voice notes or ideas whenever you like. Optional.
- 03 Plan (Ripplecast): Topics, key moments and a calendar for every network, each post at its own time.
- 04 Make (Ripplecast): Posts in your voice, videos of all four kinds, pictures and ad versions.
- 05 Check (Ripplecast): Brand book, claims, links and rights checked before you see anything.
- 06 Say yes (You): One page shows the whole week: posts and ad campaigns. Approve or comment.
- 07 Publish (Ripplecast): Loaded into each network’s own scheduler. Every post checked once it is live.
- 08 Follow up (Ripplecast): Every post checked once it is live, reminders when we need you. From Growth up, reply drafts for comments and new leads flagged.
- 09 Run ads (Ripplecast): Campaigns set up after your yes on the budget, watched daily, adjusted on schedule.
- 10 Report (Ripplecast): A weekly review with up to 3 proposals you accept or reject. Daily numbers from Growth up.

- **Starter**: €300 / month. For steady presence without a video team. Best for local shops, cafés, clinics, restaurants and local services with steady customers. Networks: up to 4; Posts: up to 90 a month; Video: 1 full + 10 short; Pictures: 50; Ads: 2 campaigns, every 2 weeks; Reports: weekly; Revisions: 1 round.
- **Growth**: €500 / month. Daily content on every network, with replies to comments. Best for online shops, café or store chains, training schools and startups. Networks: up to 8; Posts: up to 300 a month; Video: 4 full + 20 short; Pictures: 130; Ads: 3 campaigns, weekly; Reports: daily + weekly with proposals; Revisions: 2 rounds.
- **Pro**: €790 / month. Two languages, more video, ads with tests. More languages on request. Best for exporters, B2B and IT companies, hotels and anyone selling in two markets. Networks: up to 8; Posts: up to 450 a month; Video: 8 full + 40 short; Pictures: 170; Ads: 4 campaigns, weekly + tests; Reports: daily, weekly, monthly; Revisions: 2 rounds.
- **Max**: €1,490 / month. For launches, events and brands that live on video. Best for conferences, festivals, product launches, fashion and beauty brands. Networks: up to 8; Posts: up to 600 a month; Video: 16 full + 60 short; Pictures: 250; Ads: 6 campaigns, daily in sprints; Reports: + live dashboard; Revisions: 3 rounds.
- **Max Premium**: €2,490 / month. Max, with AI scenes from the best video models available. Best for premium products, property developers, car dealers and large events. Networks: up to 8; Posts: up to 600 a month; Video: 16 full + 60 short; Scenes: top-quality AI video; Ads: 6 campaigns, daily in sprints; Reports: + live dashboard; Revisions: 3 rounds.
- **Pay as you go**: €50 / month + items. For on-and-off months. Pay only for what you order. Best for seasonal businesses, one-off launches, or trying us before a package. Post: €3 each; Short video: €15 to €35; Full video: €60 to €120; Picture: €5; Ads: from €150 a month; Reports: €25 weekly; Languages: +50% per item.
- **Agency**: −25% at most, per client. Every client on its own package, at a volume discount. Best for marketing agencies, web studios and consultants with several clients. Clients: 3 or more; 3 to 5: 15% off each; 6 to 10: 20% off each; 11 or more: 25% off each; Brand: your agency on reports; Overview: one page for all clients; Billing: one contract, one invoice.

- Setup €150, free when you prepay a year.
- Prepay a year and save 15%.
- Minimum 3 months, because results need time.
- Ad budgets are paid by the client directly to the networks. Filming and photo shoots are separate.
